Career Compass began as LightHouse Venture Studio's own problem to solve: African students graduate with credentials but no clarity on what career path actually fits them. We built a 30-question RIASEC-based assessment engine, paired it with AI-generated personalised roadmaps, and shipped it as a full-stack product, with frontend, backend, and AI integration all built in-house.

Over 100 students used v1. Their feedback didn't just validate the idea, it reshaped it; we're now rebuilding the entire platform from the ground up based on what they told us.

This is the same product capability we bring to client work: we don't just design interfaces, we build the full system behind them, from data architecture to AI features to deployment.

LightHouse Venture Studio led operations and programme delivery for the ET360° Energy Transition Bootcamp, a 4-week intensive programme training 100 students at the University of Lagos on skills to enter the energy sector. From initial scoping through active bootcamp days and a grand finale capstone competition, we managed timelines, team coordination, stakeholder communications, and logistical execution simultaneously.

The programme concluded with a competitive finale featuring capstone presentations, drawing sponsors including Sahara Group, EMRC, and Genesis.

Provided product consulting to Idea Intelligence, a student-led software team, advising on product structure, feasibility assessment, team organisation, and software testing strategy across their existing platform and two new product concepts under exploration.

Built for a client during local government elections in the Festac area of Lagos, this platform was designed to record and tally election results in real time, modelled on the structure of INEC's Independent Result Viewing system. The build prioritised accuracy under time pressure: results needed to be captured, verified, and displayed without delay as polling units reported in.

The result was a fully functional results recording and tallying system that gave the candidate's team live visibility into outcomes as they happened, rather than waiting on manual collation.

Designed and developed the web presence for a game creation studio, built collaboratively as part of a small team. The brief called for a site that reflected the creative, playful identity of a studio making games, rather than a generic corporate template, balancing personality with the clarity a visitor needs to understand what the studio actually does and how to reach them.

The result was a clean, distinctive web presence that gives Pixels Not Found a real online home to point people toward.
