Light is the founder of LightHouse Venture Studio and a product and operations manager with a track record across technology, energy, and community-focused organisations. He has led programme delivery, product development cycles, and cross-functional operations across multiple organisations simultaneously, consistently shipping on time and building systems that outlast his direct involvement.

His core strength is turning ambiguity into structure. Across roles at ATC Africa, SEES Tech Hub, Afrivate Technologies, Student Energy UNILAG, and UNILAG Energy Club, he has designed operational frameworks, led research-driven planning cycles, and coordinated cross-functional delivery between engineering, brand, and operations teams, improving completion rates by 30%+ across initiatives. He founded LightHouse Venture Studio in 2024 to build the products and infrastructure he wished had existed when he was starting out.
