LightHouse Venture Studio started with a simple frustration. Light was watching talented peers master technical skills but struggle to connect those skills to anything real: a product, a business, a career with direction. The tools existed. The talent existed. What was missing was the bridge.
So in January 2024, he built one.
LightHouse Venture Studio began as a personal brand and grew into something bigger: a venture studio designed from the ground up for African youth. Not a school. Not an agency. A studio that builds real products, delivers real services, and creates real pathways for young people who are figuring it out.
Career Compass, our pilot product, was the first proof that this model works. An AI-powered career guidance tool built for students who do not have a mentor in the room. More is coming.
